Fake Pet Medicines--FDA Warning--Important!

I've been buying Frontline and Revolution online for my two cats. It turns out that the Frontline was counterfeit. I'll be going to my vet soon to show them the Revolution and discuss this.

Some of the companies selling counterfeits appear ligitimate--they might be on a yahoo website (hosted on yahoo, but made by the conterfeit seller) or on Amazon the same way. The packaging is VERY similar to the real thing, but the stuff inside, who knows!

The FDA warning shows pictures of real packaging and has hints at what to look for. Wrong shapes, wrong lot numbers, metric instead of imperial measurements, wrong font for the lot numbers, wrong stamps on the packages, missing warnings.

I'm never buying Frontline or Revolution online again. The stuff did not work and they even sent me two packages of the same stuff with different forging errors on each. I lost a ton of money and my cats were itchy, but now I have the right stuff and I'm really hoping for the best. The real stuff even has the applicators inside a different kind of plastic!
